Terms and conditions

Validity

This agreement is valid until further notice between the EU consumer (you) and QualityFittings.

Prices

Prices are inclusive 25.00 % Swedish VAT. In case of changes in the VAT, we retain the right to change our prices accordingly. As a QualityFitting customer, you will not incur any extra charges except those specified in the total amount of your shopping basket.

Payment

You may select from the following options:

By VISA or Master card. No extra charges will apply.

The processing of your order will start after the order value has been paid. When paying via credit card the order value will be withdrawn directly.

Shipping

The products are normally delivered within about 2-3 working days, however the delivery time cannot be guaranteed. In certain circumstances the dispatch time may increase by a couple of days.

Shipping Cost

The delivery cost is calculated based on the delivery address and the total weight and volume of the order. The total weight is calculated in the shopping cart and on the checkout page. Our delivery charges are based on what our couriers charge.

Cookies and Security

No cookies letting third-party users make use of your account, or trace your personal internet activities on the QualityFittings website. Third party cookies are only being used to create statistics about the usage of our site excluding any personal information. Cookies are only needed to remember the goods in your shopping cart. All bank transactions are encrypted.

Not collected packages

For not collected packages a fee will be charged (to cover for freight, return freight etc.). It is at the moment £30.

Right to cancel

You have a right to cancel the agreement at any time before the expiry of a period of seven working days beginning with the day after the day on which you receive the goods without giving a reason. You must return any goods supplied at your own expense if you cancel the contract. You can send back the goods to the following address:

Service

Our ambition is to keep our overhead costs at a minimum in order to maintain low and attractive prices to our customers. One implication of this is that we have no customer support by phone. We handle all customer contacts by e-mail and we are committed to reply to all questions within 24 hours Monday - Friday. Personal information Qualityfittings is responsible for the integrity of the personal information given by our customers. Your personal information is only used for internal purposes and neither your personal details nor your e-mail address will be given to third parties.

Force Majeure

In case of force majeure the agreement can either be considered as judicially canceled with neither customer nor Qualityfittings being entitled to any compensation or the delivery time(s) can be extended with the currency of the force majeure. Qualityfittings considers force majeure as: war, mobilization, terror acts, blockade stagnation of work, transport obstructions, measures of commercial policy, new or amended legislation, strikes, the non-delivery or non due deliveries of the goods by suppliers to Qualityfittings, natural catastrophes and any circumstances, events and circumstances that are beyond our control.
