How do I build my own handle?

First choose a handle range, then combine a wooden bar with bases in your preferred finish. The components are purchased separately and assembled to create a complete handle. Fixing screws are not included and must be ordered separately.

Which components do I need for a complete handle?

You will need one wooden bar, suitable bases from the same range and fixing screws. All components are sold separately. When choosing the screw length, allow for both the thickness of the door or drawer front and the height of the base.

How do I choose the correct fixing screw length?

The screw passes through the door or drawer front and the base before fastening into the wooden bar. You must therefore include both the front thickness and the height of the base when calculating the required screw length. Fixing screws are not included and must be ordered separately.

Can I combine components from different handle ranges?

No. Wooden bars and bases must be selected from the same range. Components from ranges such as Mix and Match have different designs and are not intended to be combined with one another.

Which woods and finishes can I choose from?

The range includes wooden bars in oak, maple and wenge. The bases are available in several finishes, including black, stainless steel effect and brushed brass. The available options may vary between ranges.

What does the handle’s hole-centre measurement mean?

The hole-centre measurement is the distance from the centre of one screw hole to the centre of the other. To reuse existing holes, choose a handle with the same hole centres as the previous handle.
