Countersunk Euro screws for flush installation

Countersunk Euro screws for flush installation

Countersunk Euro screws are used for installation in pre-drilled system holes where the screw head should sit flush with, or recessed into, the fitting. They are particularly suitable for fittings with conical or countersunk screw holes.

Common areas of use

  • Fittings with countersunk screw holes for a flush and discreet installation
  • Hinge mounting plates where the screw head must not protrude
  • Drawer runners and pull-out fittings in pre-drilled 5 mm system holes

The screws are used for fastening in pre-drilled 5 mm system holes in cabinet carcasses, chipboard or MDF. They provide an even installation when the fitting is designed for a countersunk head.

Difference compared with standard Euro screws

Unlike standard Euro screws with a raised head, countersunk Euro screws are intended for fittings where the hole is conical or countersunk.

The result is a flatter installation where the screw head does not protrude from the fitting.
